Return & Refund Policy

All our dried flower products are bespoke and handmade to order so are therefore non returnable.

Should any damages have occurred during transit we will ask that you contact us immediately and share photos of the flowers and damages to the delivery boxes. We will assess these images and reply to you as soon as we can.

Due to the delicate and sometimes perishable nature of our products, refunds are issued at our discretion.
