Please note bespoke orders for flower clouds or dried flower arrangements are non returnable.

Please note faux flower clearance lines are non returnable.

If you do want to return a qualifying item, it needs to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure you repack the order very carefully as we will be unable to refund items damaged in transit on their way back to us.

To return your product, simply get in touch by clicking here and we will confirm the address to send it too.

The small print: You'll have to pay your own shipping costs - which are non-refundable - for returning your item. Also if you are returning items from abroad export and import duties will have to be paid by yourselves.


Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to let you know.

Provided you're approved, we'll automatically credit your original method of payment. The time it takes to appear in your account will vary, depending on your card issuer.
